This long drawn out situation was finally resolved when I saw on my credit card statement a credit for the fee that was charged in February. Never once did the this company respond to my emails, they simply paid me back and hoped I would be quiet. Not likely. On the page where a question can be asked they specifically state that timely and accurate answers will be provided, well many of my inquiries went unaswered.
I stand by my earlier statement, do not do business with dataneuron, you will not be happy with them.
