Glad this week is over. It was nice to have a day off but it just seemed like anything that could be a problem was. In retrospect, it was not quite as bad I am making it sound but I am glad things are over.
At least the Mariners finally won a game today. Took 13 innings but they finally pulled it off and to think the run that put them ahead was because batter being hit by the pitch. Not a pretty win but finally a win.
Last night Grant woke up in pain. His right ear was causing a lot of discomfort, we did what we could but it took a while before the pain killers took effect. Turns out it was all caused by congestion, he got some heavy duty decongestant and now he feels better.
Work this week was just blah it seems. I did get some good stuff done but there were other issues that came up which were just ridiculous. I get a little tired of the stick in the mud attitude of the supervisors in the apps section. There was one quite cool thing though. We received a sample of some biometric login devices. A little box that plugs into the USB port and reads ones fingerprint and then uses that to log you in. Very cool. The device is made by a company called U.are.U. Very cool.
